At Ethnic Fashion, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. Partial refunds apply only to the items returned. Exchanges are available for size or colour once the original item is received.

Once shipped, customers receive tracking details via email. Please ensure accurate address information, as delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details are the customer’s responsibility. Returned orders can be reshipped at the customer’s cost or refunded as applicable.
